This picture of Daddy is simply awesome. I get a huge smile whenever I look at it.
This was taken during Christmas 2010, and we had bought him a new coat and hat. He amused us by allowing us to pose him the way we did. He looks like a cute little hoodlum 🙂
And because my mind works in odd ways, I looked at this picture and thought of Tupac - this picture just screamed "thug life" to me for some reason, though Daddy was the antithesis of thug... unlike me 🤣.
I then thought of a quote from Tupac that made me smile even bigger and made me appreciate this picture even more; it helps me to maintain my optimism for the future:
“I know it seems hard sometimes but remember one thing. Through every dark night, theres a bright day after that. So no matter how hard it get, stick your chest out, keep ya head up.... and handle it.”
